Fairfield Park Boathouse and Tea Gardens is a scenic riverside venue where you can wander along the Yarra River and watch the vintage rowboats pass by. It is also an ideal spot for a picnic, with BBQ facilities available.

Established in 1908 by John St Clair as a picnic, camping and refreshment room area, the Fairfield Park Boathouse has seen many changes. In 1923 it was raised by 12 feet to help minimise flood damage, in 1985 it was saved from ruin, and in 2010 it went through its most recent renovation with the addition of a riverside deck and terrace. Today it features a Tea room & Restaurant, The Chargrill and a Function Centre.

You can hire Rowing Skiffs, Canadian Canoes and Touring Kayaks.
